โ“ Common Questions

HR Compliance: questions we hear

Is POSH compliance mandatory for small teams?
The POSH Act requires an Internal Committee at any workplace with 10 or more employees. Smaller workplaces route complaints to the Local Committee at district level. We help you work out which applies and document it.
Do appointment letters need to change under the Labour Codes?
The Labour Codes expect written appointment letters with defined terms of employment. We review your templates against the Central Rules and your state's current position, and update them where needed.
Do state Shops & Establishments rules still apply?
In general, state-level shops and establishments rules continue to operate until states notify replacements under the Codes. We track your state's position and tell you when something changes.
