1 Scope
This policy applies to all aspects of employment including recruitment, hiring, placement, promotion, transfer, training, compensation, benefits, and termination. It extends to all FOGS Consultants employees, contractors, interns, and applicants across our pan-India and UK operations.

5 Pay Equity
We conduct regular pay audits to ensure compensation is fair and free from gender or other biases. Salary ranges are based on role, experience, and market data.
6 Reporting & Enforcement
Violations should be reported to HR or via our anonymous whistleblower channel. All complaints are investigated promptly. Retaliation against reporters is strictly forbidden.
