EPFiGMS (EPF i-Grievance Management System) is EPFO's official online portal for filing and tracking member grievances. It allows members to register complaints about any EPF-related issue, including claim delays, non-deposit of contributions, KYC problems, and employer issues. Complaints are assigned to specific officers and must be resolved within stipulated timelines.
How long does EPFO take to resolve complaints?
EPFO is supposed to resolve complaints within 30 days of filing. However, actual resolution times vary based on complexity and workload. We follow up regularly on your complaint, file reminders, and escalate if deadlines are missed. For serious delays, we escalate to CPGRAMS or the Central PF Commissioner.
When should I approach a labour court?
