End-to-end HR operations
Requirements
8–10 years of core HR experience (minimum 3 years in managerial role)
Background in Solar / EPC / Construction / Infrastructure preferred
Strong knowledge of Labour Law, PF & ESI compliance
Experience managing both blue-collar & white-collar workforce (500+ employees)
Strong execution mindset, problem-solving & stakeholder management skills
